(Automotive) This is an excellent product that produces a truly amazing and long-lasting shine. The key is to let it dry for an hour or so before buffing with the included micro-fiber towel. If you let it dry for only a few minutes, you may get streaks. Wait an hour, and the buffing is a cinch, easier than any other wax I have used. While the instructions say you can apply it in full sun, I do it in the garage. As with any wax, you need to make sure the surface is clean and smooth before applying it. The reason I didn't use it sooner is because while I was awaiting the release of this product I had just used the NXT 2.0 wax days prior and just held off using the Ultimate Liquid Wax until I needed to wax again. Well that came this past weekend and one of the things I noticed is just like the other reviewer said...the wax was very difficult to remove with a microfiber cloth. I had to go over most of my truck 2 times and then some and I did one section at a time. Meguiar's says you get the best results with this wax (probably b/c of the difficulty to remove in relation to other waxes) by doing a section at a time. I did one section at a time, and it was still difficult to remove. Now, one of the benefits of this ultimate liquid wax is that you can use it in direct sunlight. (Automotive) I have not used the Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax on its own, so this review previews how I used this wax. First, I applied Meguiars Ultimate Polish to reduce fine swirl marks, and I used a Porter Cable 7424XP with a finishing pad to apply the wax. After the polish, the paint looked layered, deep and reflective. I was hesitant to apply a wax or sealant because of the paint's sparkle just with this polish. But I did add the Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax. The short review: all the swirl marks are gone, and the paint offers brilliant reflections; I did not see any white reside on the trim. ULW is easy to put on with a DA polisher, and the finish is smooth and slick.But there are issues. It is very difficult to remove all the polish residue with just a microfiber cloth; I still saw and felt some residue after I had gone over the entire vehicle twice with a microfiber cloth.
